- Two promises to support cultural development
- The government will allocate a substantial and annually increasing budget for culture
- Promote cross-sector cultural governance, strengthen the mechanism of the “Cultural Journal” under the Executive Yuan, and implement the Cultural Fundamental Act to safeguard cultural rights
- Key Point 1: Promote systematic cultural preservation, and establish cultural foundations
- Promote “Recreating Historical Sites 2.0,” encourage cultural asset preservation integrated with urban space governance, becoming a regular “Regional Cultural Preservation” project
- Strengthen the legal framework for cultural asset preservation, promote public cultural asset preservation and revitalization, and increase preservation incentives for private cultural assets
- Promote the preservation, inheritance, and regeneration of intangible cultural assets, including traditional skills, performing arts, folklore, traditional knowledge, oral traditions, etc.
- Key Point 2: Revitalize national languages, promote a multicultural society's integration
- Establish the “National Language Research and Development Center” to promote national language inheritance, revitalization, and sustainable development
- Improve teaching resources for national languages (various ethnic languages and sign language), guarantee students' right to learn any national language
- Create a culturally equal and friendly environment for diverse languages, and support the continuous creation and dissemination of multiple languages

- Promote “Reconstructing Taiwan's Art History 2.0,” systematically construct art history in visual arts, performing arts, music, crafts, architecture, literature, film, and audio, enriching contemporary Taiwanese cultural perspectives
- Culturally educate at all ages, provide diverse artistic experience courses, cultivate children's art appreciation and perception from a young age
- Expand support for artistic creation, increase support for the National Culture and Arts Foundation and youth, local, multicultural, and forward-looking creations
- Develop the art industry, support art exhibitions, perfect art industry regulations and systems, stimulate the art market

- Strengthen museum technological governance, promote smart museum upgrade demonstration projects, and enhance public museum experiences

- Promote “Soft-Led Hard” venue upgrade programs, encourage professional team introduction, support venues as local artistic and cultural engines
- Promote local artistic and cultural revitalization, support independent bookstores and diverse small and micro artistic and cultural industry development

- Advocacy 6: Strengthen Rights and Benefits for Art and Cultural Workers
- Comprehensively strengthen rights protections for art and cultural workers from a systemic perspective, including insurance, creative loans, emergency assistance, working hours, gender equality, safety, and intellectual property rights
- When the government organizes or commissions art and cultural events, implement the two principles of “Prioritizing Art and Cultural Labor” and “Respecting Art and Cultural Professional Orientation”
- Advocacy 7: Expand Taiwan's Cultural Content and “Tai-Flow Economy”
- Strengthen the Tai-Flow economy, market internationally, the government combines with the private sector to expand investment in cinema, pop music, graphics and digital publishing, design, animation, gaming, cultural technology, and other cultural content. In the next ten years, drive over a hundred billion NTD private investments, promote investment deductions, encourage cross-national joint investment and production, shape the national cultural brand
