- Develop "Five Trust Industries" (五大信賴展業): Semiconductors, Artificial Intelligence, Military Industry, Security Control, and Communication Industry.
- Based in Taiwan: Assist local enterprises in establishing international bilateral R&D centers, attracting foreign talent. Guide overseas capital and Taiwanese businesses to reinvest and upgrade for enhanced industry competitiveness.
- Global Layout: Through international cooperation, promote the establishment of industrial parks in the Indo-Pacific region. - Advanced Technology R&D Platform: Layout next-generation advanced technologies, including semiconductors, cybersecurity, quantum computing, space technology, next-generation (low-orbit) communications, artificial intelligence, precision health, and brain science.
- Net-Zero Innovation Technology Platform: In response to net-zero emission system technology needs.
- Humanities, Social Sciences, and Interdisciplinary Technology Research Platform: Implement a human-centered digital technology development strategy.

- Expanding the international perspective of start-ups: Provide young entrepreneurial talents with overseas innovative internship opportunities, grasp international entrepreneurship trends and market demands, and attract international marketing professionals to join Taiwanese start-up teams.

- Expand the circular economy: Encourage the use of recycled materials, adopt green manufacturing design concepts aimed at reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions, and transform industries into circular industries.
